How to actually use it
The tea, twice a day
Boil 1.5 cups water for 3 minutes. Add 1 tsp of the blend. Boil 2 more minutes. Strain and drink. One cup after breakfast, one after dinner. Add honey or lemon if you want, or drink it plain.
The Shatavari, every other day
A quarter teaspoon with lukewarm water. Take it on alternate days, skipping a day in between. More is not better here.

Can I take this with letrozole, clomid or metformin?

Is Shatavari safe if I am already pregnant?

How long before I see anything?
